1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk10b platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated applications or services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the tk10b platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the tk10b platform and close your account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. tk10b will notify registered users of material changes via the contact details held on the account.

1.1 Amendments

tk10b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus wagering requirements, or account closure policies — tk10b will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email or platform notification.

1.2 Governing Language

All communications between tk10b and its players, all platform content, and all legal documentation are provided in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) governs all time-sensitive provisions of this Agreement, including promotion expiry dates, session durations, and withdrawal processing deadlines.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active tk10b account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the tk10b platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in relation to your account activity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of tk10b or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You do not already hold another active tk10b account (one account per person is permitted);
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

2.1 Age Verification

tk10b may request documentary evidence of your age at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a period of account inactivity. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification is pending, tk10b may temporarily restrict withdrawals without limiting the ability to place bets. If the verification documents provided are found to be fraudulent or insufficient, tk10b reserves the right to close the account and withhold outstanding balances.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one (1) tk10b account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a tk10b account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification codes, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of its commitment to safe and responsible operation, tk10b applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all accounts. You may be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh NID or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. KYC verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested again following any significant change in account activity. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time period specified by tk10b may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your tk10b login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. tk10b strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other platform, and enabling OTP login verification to protect your account from unauthorised access. tk10b will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from tk10b that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the tk10b platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk10b supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and major card networks (Visa and Mastercard). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at tk10b is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are published on the Cashier page of the platform and vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your tk10b wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. tk10b does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts will be reversed, and associated winnings may be voided.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal review. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering procedures. tk10b reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player from within the Cashier section before processing begins; once processing has commenced, cancellation is not possible.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tk10b is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. Where suspicious activity is identified, tk10b may suspend the account, delay withdrawals, and report the activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Depositing and withdrawing funds without any meaningful betting or gaming activity constitutes suspicious activity and may trigger a review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tk10b offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and seasonal specials tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the offer as published on the tk10b promotions page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to your tk10b account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion; unmet requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus winnings being forfeited at expiry.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

tk10b actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is identified, tk10b reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account without notice.

5.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

The welcome bonus available to new tk10b registrations is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the tk10b sportsbook and all gaming activity conducted in the tk10b casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game, as published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall take precedence for matters directly related to game mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence for all account-level and financial matters.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the tk10b platform and a bet reference number is issued. A bet placed during a period of technical disruption, after an event has started (where pre-match odds only apply), or on a market that has been suspended is void and the stake will be returned. tk10b reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market at its absolute discretion.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error, a decimal point error, or a market that should have been suspended — tk10b reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Deliberately exploiting obvious pricing errors is prohibited and may result in account restriction.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games offered on the tk10b platform, including live dealer tables and slot machines, use certified and independently audited random number generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific returns for any individual session. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform server; any discrepancy between your device display and the server record will be resolved in accordance with the server record.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets at tk10b cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, among others. Match result bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs due to weather, or declared a no-result, the settlement rules published for the specific market will apply. tk10b is not responsible for errors in the official result published by governing bodies but will correct settled bets where an official amendment is communicated within five business days of original settlement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk10b platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or verification process;
• Opening or operating more than one tk10b account;
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, hacking, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• Using the tk10b platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event;
• Abusing the bonus system by opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent location restrictions, or any other method designed to claim promotional offers fraudulently;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk10b staff or other platform users via any communication channel;
• Attempting to access parts of the tk10b platform for which you do not have authorisation, including the accounts of other users.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your tk10b account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before processing the closure, tk10b will settle any open bets, apply any applicable withdrawal processing requirements, and return your available balance to your nominated payment method. Accounts subject to a pending KYC review or a fraud investigation cannot be closed until the review is completed.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by tk10b

tk10b reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected; fraudulent activity is identified; the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age; an active self-exclusion request applies; or the account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without a positive balance. In cases of suspension pending investigation, withdrawals may be delayed until the investigation is resolved.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

tk10b offers a voluntary self-exclusion facility that allows players to restrict access to their account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, all deposit functionality and login access will be suspended. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once active — a mandatory cooling-off period applies to any request to reduce or lift a self-exclusion. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no bets placed, no deposits or withdrawals). tk10b will notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy charge. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance after due notification. Dormancy fees will never exceed the remaining account balance; the balance will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy charges.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10b's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tk10b is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
